There is a Season
There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1
There is a time for everything and everything in its time … not before!
It doesn’t always seem like it, but everything in your life, no matter how confusing, is right on track with God’s plan for you.
There is so much to learn from every experience and event in your life – if you’ll be open to it. -This valuable knowledge always pays off in the long run!
Looking back, you may realize that it was best after all, that the relationship with “Mr. Right” didn’t work out – he was totally “Mr. Wrong” … or you were so disappointed when that job offer fell through – only to get a better job a bit later … maybe it was a house you longed to buy for you and the kids – the foundation was sinking and it had termites …
Once you are receptive, you will see just how many times God pulled you through, onto bigger and better things!
He is full of favor and His blessings are abundant. But, they will not be poured out onto you until such a time as you are prepared [emotionally, mentally, physically, financially] to get the most from them. Nor will He grant you something you desire, just because you ask for it. He can see a much bigger picture and He has an awesome plan - greater than you can possibly imagine!
Our Dear Father in Heaven,
Thank You so much for looking out for us and guiding our steps. We are so lost in this world full of sin and sometimes we are completely and utterly inundated. You know this, and You have planned for it all. Thank You for loving us enough to not give us something that may cause heartache in the long run, while being a Father full of timely favor and blessings.
